Ali Willingham’s work embraces dichotomy by being tailored yet playful, meticulously composed yet inviting, and serene while still being dynamic.
An alumna of The Hotchkiss School and the University of Southern California, Ali began her career at Vogue magazine in the Special Events department working on events such as the Met Gala and the CFDA Fashion Awards. From there, she pursued a lifelong love for design by enrolling in classes at Parsons School of Design while interning for one of Manhattan’s premier interior designers, Victoria Hagan. In 2011, Ali joined the celebrated interior design firm Cullman & Kravis where she was mentored by Ellie Cullman, a "regular" on the coveted Architectural Digest's AD100 List and recipient of the New York School of Interior Design's Albert Hadley Lifetime Achievement Award. At Cullman & Kravis, Ali rose to Senior Project Manager, working on several high-end, large-scale residences with world-renowned architects. In September 2016, Ali moved on to form the eponymous Ali Willingham Interiors. With her passion and stylish eye, Ali creates captivating spaces that are as chic as they are comfortable.
